About the Role

In the Recruitment & Sales training coordinator position you will be responsible for partnering with our Office Managers to ensure success of the Accor Plus loyalty program through the recruitment, induction, training & development of new Loyalty Sales Consultants.


Accor Plus are experiencing a growth phase and our recruitment objective is to increase the overall occupancy (headcount) for each office to meet those needs.

Utilising your recruitment skills identify applicants to train, coach and develop to set them up for success, achieve their sales targets and personal goals.


Reporting to the Recruitment & Sales Training Manager this is a full time hybrid role based in either the Brisbane or Sunshine Coast office with travel required to the alternate office.

Flexibility to work from home (WFH) during parts of the recruitment and training cycle.

$100k+ Salary Package (including 80k base salary, 10.5% super, 8k travel allowance and bonus).


Skills & Experience

  • Prior recruitment experience and proven ability to select quality team members
  • Facilitate internal training content to new recruits
  • Bring a new level of enthusiasm and energy to the employee onboarding experience
  • Own transport required to travel flexibly between our Brisbane and Sunshine Coast offices
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication, listening and problem solving skills
  • Experience working in a call centre environment preferred but not essential
  • Previous use of Google suite advantageous
