Digital Trade Planning Coordinator - Woolworths at Work
As part of our Woolworths At Work Sourcing team, this role will work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams to support and execute digital asset calendar plans on the Woolworths at Work platform.
- Work with key stakeholders across WooliesX to improve Voice of Customer, shopper engagement & conversion through a seamless shopper experience.

- Collaborate with Merchandising Managers to coordinate digital assets in line with the merchandising strategy on the Woolworths at Work platform.
- Engagement with suppliers and management of the digital asset calendar.
- Best practice delivery and implementation of the digital asset calendar (paid & owned).
- Partner with Marketing and Digital Product teams to improve existing capabilities and efficiencies. Provide a commercial lens to the management & implementation of digital assets on the Woolworths at Work platform.
- Previous FMCG experience in areas such as eCommerce, digital media or digital marketing.
- Demonstrated ability to work with various stakeholders both internal and external to deliver optimum results and bring business decisions to life.
- Strong visual, verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting.
- Previous experience in driving optimisation of eCommerce campaigns and promotions and digital projects that improved conversion and digital experience optimisation. Intermediate Excel / Google sheet knowledge, attention to detail is critical.**Everyone belongs at Woolworths Group
