What you'll do

  • Help lead the execution of initiatives, and work with stakeholders to resolve any potential problems.
  • Input to the solution design of all projects to ensure suitability for the operational environment and the optimum customer experience.
  • Successfully complete manual user acceptance testing for each project and flag any potential defects with the project team.
  • Complete website configuration updates and changes as required by the business. Collaborate and work within an agile framework

What you'll bring

  • Previous experience working with web and app development teams
  • SQL queries and data sets
  • Training end users on new features and functionality
  • Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript desirable Manual User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
