We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to work in our business driven technology team, showcasing your excellent communication skills.


The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the ongoing secure, reliable and robust operations of Super SA's business systems.

The Analyst will provide advice and consultation to business systems users and key stakeholders and will engage, coordinate and liaise with vendors and third party service providers that support Super SA's business systems to resolve open issues and improve system performance.


The incumbent will work collaboratively with relevant Super SA staff and stakeholders in the evaluation of IT technical requirements, supporting system development and delivery of business system initiatives, and administration of system operations.

To be successful, you must address the selection criteria below in a cover letter:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal and experience working in a customer service environment.
  • Experience with data manipulation tools, SQL and database management systems and programming languages.
  • Proven ability to identify and analyse ICT issues and make sound and timely decisions, taking into account stakeholders' needs.
  • Ability to impart information and explain concepts to a wide audience, including presenting workshops and education sessions to groups.

This role is full time ongoing.


Remuneration
ASO5 - $84,522 - $94,003 pa
