An opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join the SME team. The role will see you managing a portfolio of strata insurance. You will be accountable for managing all of the client's broking and risk advisory needs. A element of this role is to ensure that client retention and satisfaction levels are maintained.You:
- Must have minimum 2 years strata insurance experience
- Demonstrated ability to present, persuade and produce results
- Strong relationship development skills
- Outstanding customer focus and approach to business
- Excellent communication and sound interpersonal skills
