    The Company

    Our client operates within the IT industry in Sydney South. They seek an Administrator and Customer Service support to help manage their accounts efficiently, offering both office and remote work options. The company values employee growth and supports long-term development.

    About the Role

    As a support to the Accounts Receivable Team, you will:
    - Provide quality customer service
    - Assist with Collections, Banking, Credit Applications, and other tasks
    - Process Credit Applications and conduct credit checks
    - Manage all communication related to outstanding debts

    You

    To excel as a Credit Controller, you should have:
    - Strong admin and customer service skills
    - Experience in accounts receivable/collections/credit control (preferred)
    - Excellent written and verbal communication
    - Enthusiasm, flexibility, and initiative
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
    - Exceptional attention to detail.
