    About the Job

    As a valued member of the Group Financial Reporting team, you will be responsible for designated areas of the statutory and management consolidation process for Brambles and its subsidiaries worldwide. Based at our Sydney CBD global Head Office, this role reports directly to the Senior Manager, Financial Reporting. We offer flexible hybrid working.

    The key responsibilities of this role include:

    • Review monthly subsidiary financial reporting submission to ensure compliance to accounting policies
    • Support the consolidation of statutory and management reports, including required analysis
    • Become the go-to person and super user for issues and enquiries for our consolidation and financial reporting system
    • Liaise with Brambles subsidiaries globally
    • Prepare reports for senior management to support external statutory reporting deliverables
    • Support the implementation of IFRS accounting policies

    What will ensure your success:

    • Tertiary qualifications in Finance/Accounting or a related discipline
    • Recently or part-qualified CA/CPA or equivalent qualification
    • Big 4 experience, or equivalent, with a strong interest in financial reporting
    • Exposure to statutory financial statement auditing/preparation
    • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to liaise with senior leaders
    • Strong attention to detail with a compliance mindset
    • The ability to manage competing deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities
