    Following a recent investment, this iconic Australian business is looking for a Corporate Accountant. The company is about to undertake a strong growth project in a niche market with huge scope for growth.

    Reporting to Group Financial Controller:

    Role Responsibilities

    • Preparation of monthly Profit & Loss reports and Balance Sheets, as well as Balance Sheet reconciliations
    • Monthly Group Accounts consolidation
    • Provide assistance with the budget preparation
    • Preparation of year- end accounts in accordance with accounting standards
    • Review BAS/IAS working before submitting to the ATO

    • Monthly Group Accounts consolidation
    • Provide assistance with the budget preparation
    • Preparation of year- end accounts in accordance with accounting standards
    • Supervise Accounts Payable duties, review Superannuation duties
    • Review BAS/IAS working before submitting to the ATO
    Requirements
    • CPA/CA qualified or working towards
    • 2-3 years proven experience
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
    • Exceptional knowledge Accounting standards, principles, procedures, and standards
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage large volumes of data and analysis simultaneously
    • Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiatives
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
