    Description

    Enjoy a 4 day working week in this permanent full-time role that has become available to work for a leading global food company with diverse operations, geographic locations and career opportunities.

    Based in the Ipswich area, this role is primarily responsible for delivering a high standard administrative support to the recruitment/HR Team including:

    • Developing effective relationships with all relevant stakeholders.
    • Updating and maintaining HR records.
    • Organising interviews, meetings and other appointments.
    • Preparing employment and onboarding documentation.
    • Scheduling medicals, immunisations and associated requirements.
    • Maintaining spreadsheets and other registers.
    • Providing general administrative support to the HR team.

    To be considered for this role, you will ideally demonstrate:

    • Strong all-round administration skills (with experience or an interest in working as part of a HR team).
    • Confidence learning and using new computer systems (with intermediate skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook).
    • Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.
    • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills.

    This is a permanent full-time role working 9.5 hour shifts over 4 days (4:00am start time, Monday to Thursday) in the Ipswich area.
