About the Role

As the Technical Officer, you will take charge of incorporating cutting-edge technologies and data-driven solutions to improve the effectiveness, sustainability, and overall quality of life in the smart city initiative.

Your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

Utilising data analysis methods, such as data visualization, interpretation, and data mining, to derive valuable insights from the data streams in the smart city program
Utilising GIS tools for spatial data analysis, geospatial visualisation, and GIS software usage to enhance decisionmaking.
Creating policy and architectural framework for the Internet of Things (IoT) development
Investigating the potential and viability of incorporating artificial intelligence and machine learning into the operational processes
Discovering possibilities for data storytelling by transforming intricate data into meaningful narratives that communicate insights to stakeholders and the community.

About You

Proven experience in deployment of IoT related projects
Proficiency in data analysis, data visualisation, data interpretation, and data mining techniques.
Expertise in GIS, including spatial data analysis, GIS software usage, and geospatial visualisation
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
