YOUR ROLE:
- Account Management, develop and maintain productive relationships with key accounts. Understand their business goals, challenges, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
- Strategic Planning, collaborate with the sales, marketing teams and account managers to create comprehensive trade plans that outline objectives, strategies, and tactics to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Sales Execution, Implement sales strategies by ensuring seamless implementation of negotiated pricing and promotional plans to meet sales targets while ensuring profitability.
- Market Analysis, stay updated on industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Utilize this information to make informed decisions and adjustments to the account strategy.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration, work closely with internal teams, including marketing, supply chain, demand planning, and finance, to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives and the fulfillment of customer requirements.
- Financial Planning, support Account Managers with financial & forecast planning as well as processing of claims.
YOUR SKILLS:
- Degree qualified in Marketing or Business related fields.
- Relationship building, strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with national retail partners, understanding their unique needs and aligning them with Henkel's offerings.
- Strategic thinking, the ability to analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and formulate effective account strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Capable of presenting ideas clearly and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical acumen, proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to make informed decisions. Experience with sales data, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Crossfunctional collaboration with the demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, bridging different functions to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Time Management, strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing market dynamics and evolving business priorities.
- Problem Solving: Resourceful and solutionoriented mindset to address challenges creatively and proactively.
- Sales Expertise, proven track record in sales, ideally within the consumer goods industry (preferred not essential).
