YOUR ROLE:


  • Manage a sales territory and build strong relationships for Henkel Consumer Brands within the Independent Supermarket channel.
  • Your territory will service Single Store Owners and stores that are part of multisite groups.
  • Brisbane based as your territory covers Southeast Queensland and Northern NSW.
  • Achieve distribution objectives, presell promotional programs, execute NPD, implement shelf layouts and other sales initiatives across your territory.
  • Develop sales and merchandising strategies to drive incremental sales growth.
  • Be a strong team player whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.
  • Complete field reporting and maintain accurate territory information via our sales reporting tool.

YOUR SKILLS:


  • Preferred 13 years' experience as a Territory Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience working with independent supermarkets and MSO's is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong and ambitious performer
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for growing new and maintaining existing customer relationships.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to win and achieve targets.
  • Desire to go the extra mile to deliver great results and incremental growth for iconic brands
such as Cold Power, Dynamo, Fab, SARD, Bref and Schwarzkopf.
