Nick Scali acquired Plush Sofas at the end of 2021, and now between the two brands we have over 110 showrooms throughout Australia and New Zealand with plans to continue to expand throughout 2023.

We pride ourselves on being the market leader and experts in luxury furniture design.

Due to business growth, we have an exciting new opportunity available for a detail-orientated eCommerce Coordinator to join our team.

This is a full-time permanent role working 8:30 to 5:30 Monday to Friday at our North Ryde Head Office.

About the job:

Supporting the launch of products on our websites according to timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to collate relevant product material and ensure items are up to date on our websites.
Responsible for product maintenance across the website by working closely with our product team.
Contribute to agile software development sprints, identifying product roadmap opportunities, website issues, and other potential UX optimisations
Contribute to campaign rollouts ensuring that pricing, product merchandising, and other website digital assets are in place.
Copywriting and maintaining product descriptions across the website
Assist internal teams as required to ensure business objectives are met

About you:

Previous experience in an ecommerce role, ideally within the retail sector
Demonstrated experience in optimising website sales and performance
Experience with ecommerce tooling like Magento, and Shopify, are desirable but not essential
Project management or product management experience with the ability to deliver highquality work within project deadlines
Selfmotivated to think outside the box and develop streamlined processes.
