MARS Recruitment are seeking an experienced State Manager to join a nationwide provider of wellness and rehabilitation solutions in the central suburbs of Perth, WA.
This organisation started from a family run business to becoming one of Australia's most recognsied health solutions provider specialising in injury management and rehabilitation for over 25 yearsThis is a full-time position, however applicants seeking a part-time position will be considered. WFH/Remote working options available.
The purpose of the role is to lead Western Australian Injury Management and Rehabilitation division and expand services across the state.
Further duties:
- Effectively oversee multiple operations across the state to ensure that they're performing and meeting outcomes for patients.
- Work as an effective leader, you will drive operational performance deliverables, including customer performance outcomes, revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Provide input to the national operations strategy and budget process with the ability to be an input into strategic growth plan.
- Providing leadership and developing a culture of professionalism, teamwork, accountability and achievement
- Building and leverage effective stakeholder relationships.
- Have the ability to foster management and assist the development of a highperforming team across the state with a focus on collaboration and innovative of thinking.
- Demonstrated Occupational Rehabilitation experience at a leadership level.
This can be within the discipline of:
Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with relevant registrations and at least 5 Years of workplace rehabilitation experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage operational/financial requirements of a growing team.
- An extensive level of relationship building and negotiation skills with the ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to relate to diverse range of people across social, cultural and professional boundaries.
- Significant understanding of Workers Compensation legislation within WA.
- The knowledge to execute strategic & operational plans through engagement with the leadership team to ensure the provision of consistent quality services and programs to clients
- The ability to maximize performance and productivity across the state.
- Effective account management skills, you will be lead contact for workers compensation scheme insurer and agents.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for motivating employees and driving positive outcomes
