Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a boutique Australian performance marketing agency experiencing incredible growth, to support the search for an SEO Lead.

With a strong track record of consistent growth and delivering for clients, they're now looking to establish an SEO service offering for their clients with a proven leader in the digital marketing space.

What do you do?

Drive robust and gamechanging SEO strategies
Establish SEO service offering through building out systems and processes initially
Once established, hire and lead a team of SEO & link building specialists by overseeing all onsite & offsite optimisation for clients & company owned websites
Maintain a P&L within your department.
Measure the effectiveness of strategy (rankings, traffic, conversions) and make decisions based on data
Ensure all team members have KPI's & SLA's so everyone is aligned with expectations.

What do you need?

Experience managing & leading a team of SEO Specialists

years industry experience, ideally with some of this in an agency environment

Indepth SEO technical knowledge (HTML, CSS, JS), Google Analytics, webmaster tools, backend SEO, and various online tools
Coding skills and experience on CMS e.g., WordPress, Shopify, and Magento
Extensive SEO experience with Google
Strong leadership/mentoring experience
