Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia's top luxury Build-to-Rent property operators with a number of premium assets located across the metro Melbourne.


They are seeking an experienced Temporary Property Manager to manage a single property and ensure a smooth operations in run.

What do you do?

  • Manage leaseup campaign of a luxury development in the works
  • Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
  • Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
  • Report to the Senior Property Manger
  • Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
  • Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
  • Enhance tenant satisfaction through driving excellent customer service and proactive communication

What do you need?

  • A current, valid Real Estate Licence and Driver's licence
  • Minimum of 34 years' experience working as Property Manager managing up to 250 units
  • Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate leasing and strong influencing and negotiation capability
