The primary focus of the Communications Advisor is to manage, measure and improve key communication channels and identify opportunities to engage employees through clear communications regarding key divisional and Group wide strategic initiatives.

Role accountabilities


This role is accountable for:

Developing and implementing divisional content plan (internal and external) with clearly defined and relevant pillars.
Working collaboratively across the CPA function to drive consistency in messaging and understanding of Commercial's strategy.
Developing compelling visual and written content for a broad range of channels, with a focus on ANZ's Commercial employees.
Coordinate, distribute, measure our weekly employee e-newsletter and overall engagement
Community management of our enterprise social network
Measuring employee engagement, identifying opportunities for improvements across key comms platforms.
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
Well organised and able to deliver outcomes within set timeframes and agreed standards.

Confident and well versed in the fundamentals of writing and editing across mediums (including digital and social) and a clear writer and editor with great attention to detail around grammar, style, and use of plain English.

Experience in a social media, employee communications, and / or public relations role.
Ability to build relationships at all levels and comfortable challenging the status quo.

You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
