The Roles Available

  • Food and Beverage Attendant
  • Working in our premium dining and café offering, providing exceptional product to our customers
  • Bar Attendant
  • Become an expert in our specialty wine and cocktail bars
  • Café Attendant
  • Proving exceptional beverages and customer experience
  • Event Operation Team Member
  • Servicing clients in our event space to provide exceptional corporate and social events
  • Housekeeper
  • Exceeding customer expectations in regard to the cleanliness of the room areas of the hotel
  • Guest Service Agent
  • Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure. Maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information
  • Head Concierge
  • Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the concierge team to provide total customer satisfaction at all times
  • Concierge/Porter
  • Welcoming guests, handling luggage, escorting guests to their room and setting them up for an exceptional stay. Providing recommendations on events and dining options we have on offer.
  • Receptionist
  • Provide efficient service for guest check in and departure, ensuring accuracy safety and confidentiality at all times
  • Houseperson
  • Achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guests needs and exceed their expectations
  • Public Area Cleaner
  • Cleaning areas of the club while providing customer service to our guests

Setting you up for Success

  • Positive, engaging and solutions orientated people who love to work in a team environment and make people happy.
  • Prior experience in Hospitality environment is advantageous, but not essential
  • Five-Star experience is favourable, however not a necessity
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate for Food & Beverage roles
