SLB is currently looking for experienced
Product & Service Delivery (PSD) Assistant in Australia.

The PSD Assistant is responsible for providing support in the location to the PSD Manager. The support will enable the PSD Manager to focus on core Service Delivery activities. We are currently looking for a PSD Assistant with experience in Surface Well Testing.

The PSD assistant involve in day-to-day communication with PSD manager and the crew to provide support on job preparation, mobilization and job execution for well test services.

Duties:

Support PSD activities:
preparing, maintaining equipment and including going to the field to execute operations.

Assign Operators to job in accordance with competency.
Plan to develop competency for the crew.
Plan and prepare equipment load out and back load.
Receiving equipment on wellsite.
Ensure the interface between the PSD organization and the TLM organization
Support with compliance including radiation and explosives
Support with System Integrated Test with other 3rd parties in the workshop
Support with Client QAQC process
Prepare SWT (Surface Well test) equipment
Prepare TCP (tubing conveyed perforation) tools
Execute SWT operations as required
Execute TCP operation as required

Other Responsibilities:

Monitor price structure and pricing levels and recommends necessary changes and price increases. Attend training courses to maintain knowledge of key technologies as well as competitor practices. Provide support for receivables management.
Track job start and end dates in the planning system of record (iDistrict, JMP, FDP) to coordinate scheduling, mobilization, and demobilization.
Review Operators availability and work with GM Workforce Coordinator as required to cover imbalances.
Coordinate with PSD Manager on an effective adherence to work schedule and balance of days of rest, vacation, and rig days.
Provide support for field employee travel (hot shot scheduling, helicopters, rig site accommodations, personnel lists for the client, etc).
Assist other functions in the location as directed by the PSD Manager
Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements:

Education: Min 2year Diploma in relevant discipline
Experience: Min 45 years relevant experience
Competency:
Experience in well testing services
Experience in load and unload gun for Tubing Conveyed Perforation
Experience in maintenance treating iron, ball valve.
Experience in NDT thickness test
Experience in hydraulic pressure test up to 15000 psi.
Experience in FDP and Clarity
Experience in Maximo
