- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, or Operations Management
- Postgraduate qualifications in business management
- Proven track record in leading manufacturing operations in Australia
- Experience in manufacturing and assembly of high precision products
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Understanding of Australian quality and EHS standards
