NCS Australia is expanding, and we're looking for highly skilled and experienced sales leaders to join our team.
We want people who have established networks and specialise in a state/territory and/or an industry.
Our focus is on creating campaigns that deliver real results for our clients, and we need you to be an expert in crafting initiatives that utilise technology to accelerate the achievement of our client's strategic objectives.
Your background in consultative selling will be invaluable as you conduct larger multi-tower programs of work, such as advisory, digital, data, cloud, apps engineering, testing, managed services, and more.
About you:
Previous experience in originating large, complex pursuits at a technology consultancy, systems integrator or professional services organisation
Established networks of influence either within your geographic or industry specialisation
Proven track record of success in strategic sales leadership
The ability to build relationships at the executive level
A disciplined approach to origination and campaign management
The ability and desire to coach or lead a sales team within a region or segment
A proven negotiator with a high degree of commercial acumen
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A commitment to collaborate and work towards the common goal of exceptional client success and NCS Australia's growth
