Jewellery Manager - Canberra

An opportunity awaits for a dedicated and experience leader, to lead a team of passionate sales associates at this Canberra store.

Known internationally for their premium jewellery & giftware, this is an iconic successful business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead & inspire a team to achieve sales targets by providing excellent customer service
  • Manage all daytoday store operations
  • Effectively manage inventory and maintain visual merchandise standards
  • Provide ongoing training and development with the team

Key Skills & Experience:


  • Retail management experience a must, preferably in a premium environment
  • Proven ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve sales targets
  • A customer centric approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisation and timemanagement skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
