The Position

St John of God Subiaco Hospital is the oldest and biggest hospital in our group, having been established in 1898. With 600 beds, it is one of Australia's most respected providers of health care services and an internationally renowned leader in clinical trials and research. SJG Subiaco Hospital is also a leader in innovation and adoption of new technologies, including the implementation of robotic surgical devices and virtual reality imaging technology. Our hospital is located in the heart of Subiaco close to stylish cafes, boutiques and with easy access to the train station.

Our team is expanding and the and we have a number of exciting opportunities for
Sterilisation Technicians to join our
Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD) team.

A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
Approved Certificate in Sterilising Technology.
Ability to liaise with colleagues and other health professionals effectively.
Experience in sterilisation services and instrument processing.
Ability to demonstrate competencies associated with work practice requirements of SSD.
Ability to problem solve effectively.
Demonstrate commitment to Continuous Quality Improvement.
Provide quality customer service to all external and internal customers.
Ability to preceptor junior SSD caregivers.

The Benefits

Salary: $67,584 to $71,607 plus 11% superannuation:

Salary packaging up to
