About our Opportunity


We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Representative to service builders and retail customers across the South Brisbane area.

You must be confident and able to naturally engage and build rapport, and you will be at ease in your consultative selling approach to develop and maintain customer relationships by offering hands on support from the point of contact, sales and right through to after sales support.

The role will predominantly be on the road as you engage with current and prospective customers, canvassing and closing new business opportunities within our Shower Screen and Wardrobe department.


Ideally, you will have/ bring:

  • 35 years sales experience
  • Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience with CRM software Salesforce
  • Experience reading and interpreting building plans

About You


We're looking for a self-motivated sales professional with a strong service ethos who thrives in taking the lead in managing their own work schedule.

This role is highly autonomous and you will have the ability to run your day as you see fit. Previous experience in a Sales Representative role within the building industry is advantageous but not essential.

Leveraging your ability to build positive relationships, your capability to work through and problem solve, and your negotiation skills are critical to this role.

You will diligently plan, organise and carry out selling activities that will enable you to exceed your sales targets. These will include measure and quotes, plan take-offs, preparing selling activity reports and other sales admin tasks.
