    We're currently looking for an experienced Customer Claims Coordinator to join our supportive and friendly team to cover a 13 month parental leave period, based out of either Laverton or Southbank offices.

    How you will make contributions that matter:

    In this role you will be drawing on your passion for customer experience and your meticulous attention to detail to process customer claims to compensate for any non-delivered items for our Export customer base.

    This will include:

    • Assessing information provided and investigation where required
    • Ensuring customers are regularly updated via email
    • Using SAP to process claims and issue refunds
    • Building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders

    You will be working closely with other areas of the business such as warehousing, logistics and customer service to build a complete picture of the situation, identify root causes and implement any remedial measures required.

    About you:

    We're looking for someone with:

    • Experience in a similar role dealing with customer claims
    • Strong SAP and Excel skills
    • Exceptional attention to detail
    • Natural curiosity and investigation skills

    Experience in or an understanding of the FMCG industry would be an advantage but is not essential. Key to your success in this role will be your friendly approach and ability to follow core processes.
