- Manage and supervise structural engineering project requirements across various multi-discipline brownfield projects, from conception to commissioning.
- Engage directly with our clients to ensure a successful delivery of our projects and to continue to build our relationships.
- Provide technical support within the discipline team, liaise with the project team and consult with relevant resources as required.
- Provide support to site-based construction and commissioning efforts.
- Communicate effectively with the engineering team and project stakeholders, including the Client.
- Innovate appropriate solutions supported by our subject matter experts.
- Bachelor of Structural Engineering (recognised by IEAust).
- Previous experience in metals, minerals & chemicals or hydrocarbons brownfield engineering design (including familiarity with relevant codes and standards).
- Efficient in use of structural engineering specific software (eg. SpaceGass, Strand7 etc.) and relevant software such as MS Office Suite.
- Prior experience in both steelwork and concrete design.
- Able to identify new business opportunities and lead a small team of junior engineers.
