People2people is excited to be working with an industry leading Australian supplier, specialising in the design, manufacture, worldwide distribution and after-sales support of food service and baker equipment.
There is a new opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrator to join their team based in Rydalmere.Working alongside the marketing and service team, this will be a stand-alone role where the duties will be split 50% administration and 50% operations.
Attractive salary package ranging between $70,000 - $75,000 + super, working Monday to Friday from 7:45am - 4pm with opportunity to work overtime.
Reporting to the National Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Pick, pack and despatch inventory for sales orders and transfer orders.
- Prepare consignment notes for orders.
- Receipt incoming inventory against purchase orders and stock transfers processing relevant paperwork and transactions in SAP.
- Load and unload trucks with inventory completing necessary paperwork.
- Receipt incoming consumables and service requirements and forward paperwork appropriately for payment.
- Responsible for ensuring that all daily transactions, (stock transfers, stock in transit, and receipting and put away) are completed.
- Attend to the spare parts counter and process any orders received.
- Communicate with the Service Coordinator in relation to installations and ensure all sales orders are goods issued for invoicing on day of despatch.
- Provide condition report of stock and stock returned from customers to Customer Service team.
- Respond to customer, service technician's requests for spare parts and availability of parts and equipment.
- Assist Sales Team with equipment requirements for the showroom, this may include placing, assembly, cleaning and packing of equipment from the warehouse to the showroom and vice versa.
- Undertake and complete stocktakes, advising the Office Manager & Distribution Manager of any discrepancies.
- Ensure all dangerous goods are correctly stored in bunded area.
- Always maintain a clean and tidy warehouse.

- Can be flexible and adapt to changing priorities but able to balance conflicting priorities.
- Willingly accepts accountability and responsibility.
- Demonstrates effective communication.
- Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Hold an active highreach forklift license.
- Must be willing to undergo medical check.
- Be computer literate with an aptitude for technology and devices.
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a strong work ethic.
