What this opportunity involves:

We seek an experienced Delivery Enablement Manager to join our high-performing Project and Delivery Services team (PDS).

Based in Sydney, you will develop, implement and manage strategies to drive continuous improvement, performance, accountability and employee well-being specific to PDS.

You will work with stakeholders, including State Operations Managers, DE&I Team, and PDS Australia Employees, to ensure the PDS Business is managed to an exceptional standard.

Essential duties and responsibilities include
Onboarding new employees so they can be productive and excel in the shortest possible timeframe.
Connecting employees to the knowledge they need to do their best work
Facilitating intentional collaboration and connection activities that build relationships
Maintaining best practice delivery via ongoing training and support
Coaching individuals who are struggling to meet expectations


As ways of working have evolved to include hybrid, distributed teams and remote workers, you will shape the conditions that enable every individual (regardless of their workstyle preference) to thrive, feel included and be efficient and effective in their role.


While your initial focus will be on implementation on a single state level, you will also be expected to advise and guide leadership teams nationally on how to implement better practices within their region and help them leverage the tools and processes you develop for national consistency.

In-depth knowledge of contemporary and global best practice approaches to people and culture development
Experience with equality, diversity and inclusion strategies and models behaviours
Inspires others to perform to the best of their abilities
Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills
Makes decisions based on evidence balanced with experience and intuition
Proactive and positive attitude
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint

Understanding of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, FSC (Federal Safety Certification), relevant Environmental, Health and Safety legislation obligations and requirements for maintaining ISO accreditations where applicable.

A degree in a relevant Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Teaching or Management Administration related discipline or related field and six (6) years of professional experience or a combination of formal education and experience in excess of ten (10) years.

Experience in project management, consultancy/client service delivery, or property-related organisation is highly desirable.
