What this opportunity involves:


Reporting into the Head of Account Sourcing the Head of Contract Management & Strategic Partnerships is responsible for managing and leading the strategic contracting and supplier management function across all categories, including the third-party risk management, which includes contract negotiation, performance & supply management strategies.

You will direct the procurement of goods and services for the client; assist Procurement team members and colleagues with procurement processes, develop and update procurement policies and procedures as well as develop a centralised procurement program that will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients.

The Role


Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Establish, lead and execute supplier management plans with preferred and strategic suppliers along strategies and frameworks.
Establish and communicate S&P vision to Clients, Stakeholders, Suppliers and Strategic Alliance Partners
Develop, communicate, and administer vendor contract management team performance and development plans.
Supports efforts to improve supply chain efficiency, maintain service and product quality standards, and increasing value through innovation.
Identify and evaluate market leading trends, dynamics and opportunities, to deliver market strategies
Conduct negotiations on critical, complex supply arrangements and manage contract negotiations.

Business / Commerce Degree with over 10+ years' experience in legal, contracting, dispute resolution, strategic vendor management, procurement and negotiation including program management of large multi-disciplinary teams is essential and management of outsourcing relationships and the ability to accomplish results through vendor management is preferred.

Solid interpersonal and relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to liaise with people at all levels is essential.

You will have proven written and oral communication skills with a positive approach to meeting client's needs whilst understanding demand drivers with broad business perspective and understanding of Client's future requirements.
