Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior Property Consultant, to join Service Stream in our Telecommunications sector, across multiple locations
About the Role

Service Stream are currently seeking Entry Level Property Consultants to join our growing company. In this role you will learn the skill of acquiring leases of land for our clients. The role also includes seeking landowner approvals for the upgrade of our clients' Telecommunication facilities

Nature of position:
Permanent, Full Time


Location:
Multiple Locations


Reporting Line:
SAED Program Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake site acquisition and property activities for new and existing telecommunications sites.
  • Review existing telecommunications lease and licence agreements for upgrades to existing sites to determine consent requirements
  • Negotiate lease and licence agreements that meet the legal, financial and property management requirements
  • Prepare legal instructions and track progress of legal negotiations through to completion
  • Lease instruction/negotiation
  • All Lessor liaisons including arranging access for survey, design and, build visits
  • Prepare FYR packs (as applicable)
  • Act as the contact point for access and property owners
About You


To be successful in this role, you would have recently completed a property related course at University, Tafe or Registered Training Organisation and be eligible to commence work in the property industry.

i.e hold a certificate of registration or assistant agent or be eligible to apply. You will also demonstrate and possess the following

  • Experience in customer service and delivery of services demonstrating the ability to follow processes
  • Problem solving, technical and analytical skills to support the development and implementation of policies, procedures and programs
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage expectations and influence and build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Competencies include; Interpersonal Ability, Planning and Organising, Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking, Technology and Process
