    Description

    Are you a results-driven individual with a passion for customer service and hands-on work? We have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Hand/ Sales Person. This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with the potential for a permanent role for the right candidate, along with comprehensive on-the-job training.
    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage with customers in a sales capacity, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
    • Utilize your yard hand experience to maintain an organized and efficient outdoor space.
    • Operate Forklift (Ticket Ideal) and equipment as needed to assist in daily operations.
    • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
    • Ensure accurate inventory management and assist with restocking as required.

    Requirements:

    • Proven sales or retail experience, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
    • Previous yard hand experience is highly desirable.
    • Confident and assertive attitude with the ability to communicate effectively.
    • Capable of working autonomously and as part of a team.
    • Positive and enthusiastic approach to tasks and challenges.

    Working Hours: Monday to Friday

    Training: Full on-the-job training will be provided to ensure you have the knowledge and skills required for success in this role.
