The Opportunity

Are you ready to play a pivotal role in the delivery of top-tier wealth management services? At Mutual Trust, we're not just managing wealth; we're crafting legacies.

As an Associate Advisor, you'll be supporting the Director, Wealth in providing a bespoke, high-touch service to our sophisticated client base.

You'll work hand in hand with the Director assisting in all facets of wealth management advisory services within the dynamic landscape of Australia's leading multi-family office.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director, Wealth in the delivery of wealth management services to a sophisticated HNW client base.
  • Assist with understanding clients' financial goals, objectives and risk profiles.
  • Attend client meetings, take detailed notes, follow up action items, prepare meeting materials and client review packs.
  • Create and maintain investment strategies and assist in the preparation of investment recommendations.
  • Various administration matters to support client and Director activities, such as coordinating asset transfers, portfolio rebalances and managing client cash payments and transfers.

You have:

  • Degree qualified or undertaking post graduate studies in a finance related field.
  • Studying towards CFA level 1 or 2 will be looked upon favourably.
  • Ideally RG146 qualified or FASEA accreditation in progress.
  • A wizard in Excel and PowerPoint you're all about the details.
  • An understanding of concepts in wealth management, investment markets and portfolio management.
  • Excellent communication skills, selfawareness, a growth mindset and the drive to succeed.
