The Opportunity

Reporting into the Director - Marketing, Communications & Engagement, you will be responsible for helping to execute our marketing and communication campaigns and will be key to tracking their success.

Using the CRM (Dynamics 365), you will be responsible for managing campaigns, tracking and analysing data and ongoing sales pipeline reporting.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation and development of content for communications and collateral.
  • Assist with campaigns and marketing presentations both traditional and digital, using your advanced PowerPoint and photoshop skills.
  • Support the marketing and broader corporate team by playing a pivotal role in helping to enhance our marketing presentations, EDMs to drive new client acquisition, increased revenue, retention and enhance client engagement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to distribute client communications.

About You

You have demonstrated experience engaging and working with various internal and external stakeholders, at all levels (including Board and C-Suite) and have a customer centric mindset.

You have:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • A degree in Marketing or similar field will be looked upon favourably.
  • Exposure to or experience in a professional services or financial services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiar with CRM management platforms.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Hands on experience with PowerPoint, photoshop and video editing software.
  • Willing to give things a go and be open to new challenges.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
