Family owned business- Choose your own hours Part time 25 hours p week
- Belmont, free parking
This role will be primarily responsible for managing company accommodation for our employees and coordinating key onboarding activities for our overseas employees from the moment they arrive to Perth till the moment they are mobilized to site.
- Attend houseopens to find suitable rental accommodation for our employees
- Maintain accommodation booking system
- Prepare accommodation for our employees first arrival (ensuring the house has furniture, groceries, linen etc...)
- Support with key onboarding activities that contribute to our employees being workready
- Confidently handling all office inbound customer service calls and greeting of guests
- General office management (including ensuring that all shared spaces are clean and tidy at all times, ordering stationary)
- Assisting with adhoc administrative duties and projects as requested
About You:
- Ability to prioritise, and manage multiple competing tasks
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in a similar allrounder role
- Experience with property management highly desirable
- Have own vehicle and DL
- Be a strong team player with a cando attitude
