We are seeking a motivated and experienced Global Recruitment Coordinator to join our team.


Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Overseeing the offshore Migration Recruitment Team.
  • Supporting with visa and nominations
  • Onboarding new migrant employees and allocating accommodation.
  • Fast paced working environment
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and targets;
  • Point of contact for newly arrived oversees employees.
  • Ability to work and assist in the direction of junior team members
  • Support management with internal Human Resources management; performance reviews; employee retention; salary review; development of office staff and site employees.
  • Support High volume recruitment for Blue Collar Tradespersons
  • Generate reports.
  • Generate continuous improvement

Essential Criteria:


  • Must be available for an immediate start
  • Previous experience working within the mining or civil industry will be highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and administration skills
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Must be able to work autonomously as well as in a team and be adaptable and dynamic.
  • Has an ability to sell business strategies and idea's (a previous recruitment sales background would assist).
  • Solutions driven individual; that can show initiative and drive optimism
