Monday to Friday, 7am - 4:30pm (8 hour shift)

This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Our client's goal is to provide their customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.


The Role;

  • Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
  • Receive and make phone calls to clients and customers
  • Efficiently process a large number of orders with precision
  • Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
  • Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays

About you;

  • Previous experience in a high volume call environment
  • Proficient computer and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
  • Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
  • Well spoken with a good phone manner
  • Strong data entry and administration skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
