Monday to Friday, 7am - 4:30pm (8 hour shift)

On site gymnasium with fulltime personal trailer

The company;

This leading privately owned Australian client who provides premium quality products throughout Australia is looking to hire a driven and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Our client's goal is to provide their customers with the highest quality products and excellent service.

The Role;

Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
Receive and make phone calls to clients and customers
Efficiently process a large number of orders with precision
Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
Resolve issues such as complaints, incorrect orders, and delivery delays

About you;

Previous experience in a high volume call environment
Proficient computer and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
Well spoken with a good phone manner
Strong data entry and administration skills
Immaculate presentation
Must be a Permanent Resident/Australian Citizen
