Role Overview:

This company has established itself as a leading battery manufacturer in Australia and worldwide. They are looking for an experienced sales managers to continue to expand their revenue in Australia.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and marketing plans for effective entry into the Channel Sales networks
Responsible for developing new distribution channels and manage the channels for the respective state market
Proactively seek, evaluate, and secure new channels to promote the company products into the market
Be prepared to travel both within the state and within Australia, including but not limiting to attending product trainings and industry events as required
Support a partner sales network with trust and integrity and provide product training with crosssupport to the channel partners
Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines & manage continuous change and its consequences effectively

In order to be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Sales Manager within the standby power sector.

Have experience in channel partner sales, strategic aligned account management, or business development in battery or related industries
Strong organisation and negotiation skills
Driven to achieve results and be customer focused
Ability to work autonomously
Must be a selfstarters with the initiative to see projects through
