    PMO Operations and Project Support

    • 12-month engagement
    • October 2024 Start Date
    • Multiple Locations Australia wide
    • AGSVA Baseline clearance required. (Essential)


    Green Light is a growing consulting organisation known for its work in Telecommunications and System Integration Services organisations. We have a requirement with our client partner for a PMO Operations and Project support professionals to join their team on a 12-month contract beginning October 2024.

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain project schedules.
    • Track progress, and ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
    • Work closely with project managers to provide assistance in all aspects of project execution.
    • Create reports.
    • Conduct research.
    • Coordinate team meetings.



    Requirements:

    • Previous experience in PMO and/or Project Support
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Strong Communication Skills
    • Must have an existing AGSVA Baseline security clearance or higher (ESSENTIAL)
