The role:

Working alongside a team of Project Support Staff, you will be required to support monitoring and development of project delivery lifecycle maintenance for Projects across three ICT/Infrastructure Programs.

The Delivery Support Office provide a multitude of support services to projects to ensure alignment with best practice, processes and business rules.

Key responsibilities include:

Provide support including coordination of stakeholder meetings, shared inbox management and other tasks as required.
Support Program wide uplift by assisting Delivery Support Office members with Project review meetings and follow on actions.
Assist with document coordination and planning for Internal Assurance Reviews.
Maintain program/project files in accordance with Queensland Health regulations and policies.
Assist with the compilation of program/project management reports.
Assist with other general administrative tasks and team support.

Are you right for this role?

To be successful in this role you will:

Have knowledge of or an ability to learn the IM/ICT project life cycle and an ability to assist in the delivery of work packages.
Ability to assist with the maintenance of program/project files and the preparation and presentation of management reports.
Proven oral and written communication skills, and an ability to work in a team environment developing effective relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities.
