The role

NAB wants to be known for having the best banking talent in the industry and our Early Career programs are the starting point to a great career.

Delivering a range of programs for students and Graduates, our Early Career programs are designed to engage with students and provide the opportunity to gain valuable work experience, develop critical skills and capabilities, explore career paths, and build networks.

The Early Careers team is made up of experienced professionals who bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in areas such as recruitment, employer branding, talent management, learning and development, project management and employee engagement.

They work closely with a range on internal and external stakeholders, to ensure NAB's early career programs are aligned to business needs and are future fit.

This role will suit a confident communicator and presenter with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. You'll have an ability to work in a fast-paced complex environment and are skilled at building relationships.

The Early Careers team is always striving to enhance our programs, so now is an exciting time to join the team and help shape the experience of our graduates and students.

Your opportunity

Work closely with multiple stakeholders to plan and execute recruitment campaigns to attract the best student talent to NAB's Early Career Programs
Present and engage with student talent on campus and promote NAB's brand as a Graduate Employer of Choice
Drive the development of Early Career pipelines by building strong partnerships with key industry bodies and leverage relationships between NAB and Tertiary Institutions
Plan, organise and facilitate at assessment centres and coordinate the onboarding process
Coordination of key program components, including but not limited to induction, development activity and graduate forums
Oversee and collaborate across both the business and with external vendors to ensure a consistent and quality employee experience across all Early Career channel programs and processes.
Manage post campaign and in program reporting and analysis

What you will bring

Passion for Early Career and/or Volume recruitment and development with experience in a student recruitment environment
Highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills. Confidence when presenting.
Experience in project management
Must be able to multitask and prioritise workload with attention to detail
Passion for social branding and marketing that aligns to NAB's Employee Value Proposition
Relevant tertiary qualifications (desired)
