Duties include:

Engaging with customers and staff to deliver an outstanding experience.
Efficient and profitable operation of the service department.
Building relationships with all key stake holders of the business.
Ensuring a safe work environment exists and is maintained following best practices.
Ultimately satisfying all customers while maintaining department profitability.
