THE OPPORTUNITY


The NRI ANZ Marketing & Communications Team plays an important role in supporting the wider business on its growth journey.

From external and internal branding, lead-gen marketing campaigns, and bids and tender support, to staff engagement, corporate communications, event and corporate sponsorships, and client experiences, the NRI Marketing & Communications Team are responsible for delivering a variety of initiatives and projects that help fuel NRI's growth, culture, and connection.


The Capability & Vendor Marketing Manager is a strategic thinker and organised multitasker who can effectively strategise, plan, coordinate, and execute effective marketing and campaigns that contribute to NRI's brand and sales growth.


The primary function of this role is to deliver marketing initiatives and campaigns in accordance with NRI's national brand and marketing objectives through the effective development and implementation of the company's capability and vendor marketing plan aligned to NRI's strategic growth strategy.


The role is also responsible for assisting with the development of digital marketing materials, activities, and strategies to effectively communicate and activate campaigns and enablement programs internally.


Desired Experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • Demonstrated experience as a marketing campaign professional with relevant experience in IT and vendor marketing
  • Knowledge of IT industry, relevant channels, and media
  • Strong project management skills and proven ability to manage campaigns end to end
  • Experience in business and marketing campaign planning process
  • Experience in industry events
  • Strong ability to brief and work with production resources to ensure efficient production processes and highquality outputs
  • Experience working with creative tools such as Canva
