    Our client is proud to be 100% Australian owned with a rich history and supportive culture. With a head office based near Glen Waverley, they are now looking for 2 experienced Credit Officers to join their head office credit team.

    Reporting to the Group Credit Manager, you will be:

    • Daily collections & allocations of customer payments
    • Bank reconciliations of customer accounts
    • Timely debt collection
    • Negotiating payment plans
    • Credit claims
    • Closing A/R ledger
    • Weekly Reports
    • End of month reports & forecasts
    • General data entry
    • Email & Telephone Enquiries

    What we are looking for

    • Experience in credit collections
    • Strong ability to build trust and resolve queries
    • Demonstrated advanced computing skills, particularly the use of Excel
    • High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
    • Strong organisational and time management
    • Ability to work both independently and within a team
    • Strong commercial customer service approach
