Harvest Talent Recruitment are proud to partner with this Geelong organisation who are currently on the lookout for an experienced Credit Officer.
About the role:
Reporting to the National Credit Manager, duties will include:
- Monitoring customer accounts to ensure everything is kept up to date and customers don't exceed their allocated credit limit.
- Conducting investigations into any discrepancies within customer accounts.
- Taking responsibility for a portfolio of existing and new brands & clients, managing the banking, onboarding and credit control.
- Reconciling customer accounts and providing reports, producing credit notes, and managing stop supply requirements.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive customer files.
About you:
An excellent communicator with experience working within a large commercial environment and dealing with high volume customer accounts, you will bring demonstrated experience in analysing credit reporting services and online credit card merchant systems, along with:
- Strong internal & external stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to effectively manage own time and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERP systems (desirable).
- Proven debt recovery experience and experience with credit insurance protocols.
- 23 years experience in a similar role.
