The Chandler Macleod Shared Services division incorporates, Accounts Payable, Invoicing, Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Client setup and Query Resolutions, and is one of the most critical functions of the company although often the least publicised.

The people and services provided by this group are quiet achievers who deliver important financial services which significantly impact the overall performance of the company.

Good people, processes and structure is the key to the success of our Shared Services team.

Due to successfully winning the opportunity to provide our services for multiple new clients our team is growing We now have the opportunity to hire a new Credit Officer to our existing team.

The Credit Officers Primary responsibility is to ensure the client is compliant to agreed trading terms.

Additional responsibilities of this role include the co-ordination and timely delivery of customer focussed services, with respect to the collection and client procedures in place.

Standard credit collections will also form part of duties as and when necessary (depending on the account).

Effective communication skills will be needed in problem solving discrepancies, addressing client queries timely and assisting the Resolutions team as required.
