The diverse and talented staff in the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) play a central role in achieving ECU's vision, and in designing and implementing future-oriented teaching and learning strategies.

With its base at the Joondalup Campus, the CLT delivers a comprehensive suite of services and programmes on campus and online that promotes high quality learning and teaching outcomes for students and academic staff.

The Role

Key criteria

Ability to analyse staff requirements for assessment practices, feedback approaches, and moderation practice, map those requirements to existing tools and services, and to deliver well-designed and effective solutions;
Willingness and commitment to learn and support staff to use new approaches and various technologies to enhance the assessment and feedback experience; and


Experience developing high quality tools, templates, and resources to support good pedagogical practice and translate these into actionable academic outcomes.

Experience with development and use of Student Identity Verification techniques in digital only assessment scenarios.


Qualifications:

Masters or higher qualification in Learning Sciences, Education, Higher Educational Teaching and Learning, Learning Design, Cognitive Psychology, or related area;
Other criteria
Experience teaching in a higher education setting is desirable.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, ongoing position attracts remuneration of $106,877 to $120,376 pa plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
