    An exciting Permanent Full-Time opportunity in Tasmania for a Staff Specialist - ENT.

    Under direction of the Director of Surgery for the provision of specialist medical services to the public and private patients at this northern Tasmanian hospital.


    You will be:

    • Responsible for junior medical staff and medical students attached to the Unit.
    • Required to operate independently acting with clinical privileges, as defined.
    • Work closely and liaises with professional colleagues and the Director of Surgery The hospital has modern facilities equipped with advanced medical technology to provide high-quality healthcare to patients.

    It features a well-equipped emergency department, operating theatres, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics, diagnostic services (such as radiology and pathology), and specialist units.

    Known for its expertise in several medical specialties, including cardiology, orthopedics, general surgery, oncology, and neurology, among others.
    It also serves as a referral center for complex cases from smaller hospitals in the region.

    Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 1- Senior Specialist Medical Practitioner Level 3 $210,000 - $301,349 per annum + 11% superannuation + access to salary packaging Provision of a fully maintained private plated motor vehicle or motor vehicle allowance of $25,758 per annum Continuing Professional Development Allowance of $16,000 per annum Access to salary packaging On call is a requirement of the role, and an allowance will be paid in addition to base salary.

    Relocation package and accommodation allowance available May be entitled to participate in the Private Patient Scheme.

    Demonstrated ability to work directly with lenders, investors, and other advisors (legal, insurance, financial, etc.) Experience in various roles, ranging from design review, owner's engineering, lender technical advisor, project development, project management and bidding experience.

    If appointed as the Assignment Leader, then responsible for the delivery of high-quality documents / outcomes as required by the scope of services, client management, management of resources, budgets, etc.

    Champion data analytics and insights across Infravue to drive value for the organisation, projects and our valued clients.
    Lead an integrated project team with multi-disciplinary membership from the Infravue businesses, client organisation and other advisors.
    Assisting with developing less experienced Infravue employees when appointed as the assignment leader.
    Actively participating in the recruitment of suitable employees for Infravue.

    Actively work with the Infravue team to seek new clients and assignments and lead the preparation of tenders / proposals for opportunities that align with Infravue capabilities.

    Qualification & Experience Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering (i.e.
    electrical, mechanical, mechatronic, civil, etc.) with 10+ years of relevant advisory and project management experience for infrastructure projects.
    Postgraduate qualification(s) and some financial coursework / qualification will be seen as a bonus.
    Passionate for infrastructure project delivery, project financing, and delivering impactful infrastructure projects aligned with a sustainable development agenda.
    Proven financial modelling, quantitative and financial analysis skills.

    A strong understanding and interpretation of risks across the project life cycle based on in-depth experience during project development, construction, and operational stages.

    Proven experience with stakeholder management.

    Demonstrated ability to lead and work cooperatively as part of a multi-disciplinary team that delivers high quality in a fast-paced environment.

    Excellent commercial, organisational, presentation, and writing skills are required.
    Advanced capability with Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power Point is required.
    Energy operational and yield modelling experience.
    Capability with PVsyst and HOMER software packages is a bonus.
    Manage and grow business relationships; and Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks promptly and efficiently.
