About the role
Reporting to the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day management and strategic direction of projects and ensure they are tracked and completed to agreed timeframes.
This function will also be responsible for:
- Coordinate technical teams schedules to ensure projects are competed effectively
- Liaising with clients to understand requirements
- Organising supply of equipment required
- Monitoring and processing invoices for items supplied
- Manage budgets
About you
You will have the ability to plan, organize and problem solve
Experience with MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Ability to lead and direct team to achieve goals
Requirements:
- Proven Project Management skills
- Be results driven with a strong relationship building ability
- Impeccable communication skills
- Strong problem solving skills
