About the Company
Due to internal promotion, we have an opportunity available. This is a fast-paced environment where two days aren't the same.

Located in South Western Sydney, this is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced

Allocations Officer with Fleet Management experience. This business is willing to train someone looking for a step into the Transport industry or a seasoned Transport administrator looking to work for this global business that can offer career progression.

About the role
Your duties will include

Planning and monitor fleet movements
Allocation of freight for transportation
Booking driver runs
Manage driver hours
Coordinate and communicate with Drivers to they understand all allocated tasks
Maintain fleet management reporting
Support of daytoday operations to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with warehouses and clients to maintain effective customer relationships

About you

Ability to commence ASAP
Willing to start at 12:00pm every afternoon, Monday to Friday.
1 years' experience within a fastpaced, fleet management role based in a transport environment, technology or logistics environment
Experience with transport allocation systems or similar and Excel skills
You will be committed, resultsdriven, approachable and above all, hold the customer's queries in the highest regard; ensuring the quality of service
You must also have reliable transport and current drivers licence
Willingness to learn with display resilience with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment
