We are looking for an experienced Fire Service Maintenance Technician to join our Fire Service Division based in Sydney.

The role will involve preventative, corrective and reactive maintenance; minor capital works; and 24/7 emergency services for our clients' fire assets.


Here's a snapshot of your day:


  • Carry out Routine Inspection and Testing for Monthly, Six Monthly and Yearly Servicing.
  • Providing service to various types of fire equipment.
  • Some positions have shift work availability
  • Provide solutions to our customers where investigations and recommendations are required and assist with quote development.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Determining job priorities and meeting deadlines with mínimal supervision
  • Coordinating, compiling and submitting the necessary paperwork and other procedures daily.
  • Attending callouts as per rostered requirements, including after hours roster.
  • Maintaining industry knowledge and monitoring market developments, keeping uptodate with the latest changes and advances in fire technology and relevant Australian Standards
  • Commitment to the highest standards of business code of conduct, aligned with expectations on ethical behaviour according to company values
  • Complying with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures
  • Experience in the fire industry ideally 2 years minimum
  • Extensive knowledge of AS
  • Knowledge across various equipment types
  • EAHL licence an advantage
  • Sound Knowledge of Australian Standards
  • Current Blue/White Card
  • EWP Licence
  • Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
